Jab → Lead Low Kick → Rear Low Kick

Intermediate

This combo hunts one target from two angles. The jab opens the door, then two low kicks carve into the lead thigh from the inside and the outside before it can recover.

What this combo trains

The pattern builds leg-attack timing and the discipline of stacking kicks on a single target. Attacking inside then outside means the lead leg is worked from both lines before it can reset, so damage accumulates and the opponent's stance degrades round by round. You develop the balance to fire two kicks in sequence and the range control to reach behind a punch.

Step by step

  1. 1.
    Jab

Snap the jab off the lead hand as your range-finder, measuring distance and freezing their guard so your legs can go to work underneath.

  2. 2.
    Lead Low Kick

Fire the lead low kick immediately behind the jab, digging the roundhouse into the inside or outside of the thigh while their attention is still on your hands.

  3. 3.
    Rear Low Kick

Follow with the chopping rear low kick into the lead thigh from the opposite line, driving through with the hip before the leg can reset.

Common mistakes

  • Pausing between the two kicks and letting the lead leg reset, which defeats the whole inside-then-outside idea.
  • Throwing the jab flat-footed so you cannot flow straight into the lead kick.
  • Chopping the rear low kick with the foot instead of driving the shin through the thigh.
  • Dropping the hands as the kicks land, leaving the head open to a counter over the top.

Who it suits

An intermediate leg-attack sequence that rewards balance and kicking flow. It works from either orthodox or southpaw because the app mirrors every strike to your stance.

Why it works

Inside then outside: the lead leg is attacked from both lines before it can reset.
